Our Products: We spend a considerable amount of time sourcing the best quality of product from around the world and we always favour  environmentally friendly products and practices (where possible).  

We personally test and review every product and unless we all agree that it's superb, it simply won't make it into our online boutique.  Therefore, you can be confident that the products on our shelves are of excellent quality and we are prepared to personally vouch for every single item.  Furthermore, because we go to such lengths when sourcing products, you will find that our range is unique with the majority of products being very difficult to find elsewhere and with many lines being exclusive to us.

Our Prices: We are based exclusively online which means we don't have large overheads.  This allows us to reduce the recommended retail prices of our products to offer you exceptional value for money.

We also pride ourselves on being able to produce and dispatch your product within one working day of us receiving your order!

You will find that we maintain this level of customer service post-sale and if you need any assistance with a recent purchase, we will be more than willing to help you.

Our Attention to Detail:  How frustrating do you find it when you order something online and the wrong product comes or there's something missing or incorrect with the order?  What about when the company then asks you to return the goods at your expense for a replacement?  We find this completely unacceptable and therefore we double check everything to ensure this doesn't happen with our customers as we know that many of our products will be bought as time-critical gifts.  We also put a lot of care into packaging each product to ensure it gets to its destination looking fantastic. 

We take the time to think about the little things such as sending you an electronic invoice so we don't have to include one with the package which means you can have your order sent directly to the recipient if you wish.  If you tell us the baby's first name, we will even personalise the gift wrapping for you at no extra cost!
