Product Description
Made in Germany by one of the leading sparkling wine cellars, this top quality product has all the taste of a traditional sparkling wine. It is a light yellow in colour with a viridescent sheen. Its bouquet is smooth and fruity with a slight scent of grapefruit. The taste is dry, fresh, and refreshing with a hint of fine sweetness.
Söhnlein is made from selected, bouquet rich wines. After it has matured, the alcohol is removed in a vacuum at a low temperature. The alcohol content of Söhnlein is the same as that of fruit juice or bread. The calorie content of about 300 kcal per litre is two thirds less than comparable sparkling wines.
This makes a thoughtful gift to give new mums, especially if they are still breast-feeding.
