We specialise in sending gifts directly to the parents. We use luxury tissue paper & branded white postal boxes to ensure that the products you order have an extra special appearance from the moment they are delivered. Please note that packaging for engraved & unusually large items may vary. You may choose to compliment the gift with one of our greeting cards. If not, you may still specify a gift message during checkout & we will add your message to the interior lid of the box. Delivery Costs & Speed If you spend over £60 you automatically get FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING. For orders under £60 the shopping cart uses a weight-based calculation to determine the cost of sending your item(s) via Royal Mail. The more products you purchase- the more you save on shipping. First class postage starts at just £1.45! UK goods sent by Royal Mail first class post usually arrive the day after despatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service. If you need the item by the following day you may decide to choose the Special Delivery option which guarantees that your item will arrive the following working day (as long as your order is placed before 2pm). 99% of the UK is covered by this guarantee. Goods travelling to the remaining 1% (the channel islands etc) may take 2 working days to arrive. Delivery to the Gift-Recipient's House When completing checkout simply enter the recipient's address in the ‘delivery address' section and we will deliver the item directly to them. You will be given the opportunity during checkout to write a message that we will print onto a gift card and include it with the order. Obviously, no invoice will be attached. Destination Countries During the shopping basket stage of checkout, you can select which country the goods are going to (it's set to the UK by default). The system will then calculate the shipping costs automatically. To facilitate the customs procedure we will attach a commercial invoice as well as a customs declaration to all parcels. This will speed up the passage of the item through customs. We deliver to the whole of the UK, all European countries and the following areas outside the EU: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, USA and South Africa. Some of our larger products can only be sent within the UK and you will be informed if this is the case on the product page. If the delivery destination is outside the EU and the order is considerably valuable, there is a chance that the recipient may be required to pay a fee for the items to clear customs. 95% of the time, no customs charges are payable on orders placed via this website. However, we advise you to check the customs controls of the destination country as these rules are updated frequently. Please note that packages sent internationally via 'International Airmail' are not trackable. Delivery Addresses Please ensure that the delivery address you specify at the time of checkout is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that occur due to the delivery address being incorrect. |
