Next Day Delivery

MULTIPLE PERSONALISED ITEM ORDERS As we source a number of our personalised and engraved baby gifts from several independent third parties, it is quite possible that some multiple orders of two or more gifts may be sent from different suppliers, on different days, thus resulting in the recipient getting a number of parcels and not just one. If you want to know if multiple personalised gifts you are thinking about buying can be delivered together, just drop me an email.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK First Class. Delivery normally takes 1 working day. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the following working day.

UK Courier. Order before 2pm and delivery will occur the following working day (excluding weekends, bank holidays & personalised items). This service requires a signature upon delivery and is fully trackable.

UK First Class Recorded. Delivery normally takes 1 working day. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the following working day. Packages require a signature upon delivery and so you will know when your package has been delivered.

UK Economy. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Airmail. European delivery takes approximately 5 working days, international delivery takes approximately 7 working days. Please note that airmail is not a trackable service and a proof of delivery will not be available. If you would like proof of delivery please use the ‘International Signed For’ service which requires a signature upon delivery.

International Signed For. European delivery takes approximately 5 working days, international delivery takes approximately 7 working days. Packages require a signature upon delivery and so you will know when your package has arrived.

Standard. The estimated delivery time will be listed on the relevant product page but generally takes 3-5 working days.


Delivery to the Gift-Recipient’s House

When completing checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address in the ‘delivery address’ section and we will deliver the item directly to them. You will be given the opportunity to write a message that we will print onto a free gift card and include with the gift. Obviously, no invoice will be attached.


Delivery Costs

We only charge the actual cost of postage, or less than the actual cost of postage. If you spend over £60 you automatically get FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING. For orders under £60 the system uses a weight-based calculation to determine the cost of sending your item(s) via Royal Mail. The more products you purchase- the more you save on shipping. Estimated shipping costs are shown in the ‘description of each product page. Final shipping costs are calculated once you specify the delivery country during checkout.

Destination Countries

We usually only ship personalised products within the UK. The majority of non personalised products can be shipped to the vast majority of countries. During the shopping basket stage of checkout, you can select which country the goods are going to (it’s set to the UK by default). The system will then calculate the shipping costs automatically. To facilitate the customs procedure we may attach a commercial invoice as well as a customs declaration to all parcels. This will speed up the passage of the item through customs. We deliver to the whole of the UK, all European countries and the following areas outside the EU: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, USA, South Africa and South America. If the delivery destination is outside the EU and the order is considered valuable, there is a chance that the recipient may be required to pay a fee for the items to clear customs. 96% of the time, no customs charges are payable on orders placed via this website. However, we advise you to check the customs controls of the destination country as these rules are updated frequently. Please note that packages sent internationally via ‘International Airmail’ are not trackable.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you specify at the time of checkout is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that occur due to the delivery address being incorrect.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with any of our non personalised gifts, you can return or exchange them, within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Personalised or engraved gifts can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, broken or not as described. Should you have any queries with your gifts, just get in touch

Tracking Parcels

After checkout you will be emailed with a link that will direct you to your Lullaby Babies account page. From your account you will be able to check on the status of your order and, if you selected a tracked delivery service during checkout, you will be able to track it as well.
