The delivery services available to you will depend on the items in your shopping basket.  The description of each product will give you an estimation which will be confirmed during the shopping basket stage.

 

Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends, bank holidays and personalised items).  UK orders sent by Royal Mail first class post will usually arrive the day after despatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service. If you need the item by the following day you may decide to choose the Special Delivery option which will guarantee that your item will arrive the following working day (as long as your order is placed before 2pm).

All our products are ready gift wrapped to be shipped

We specialise in sending gifts directly to the recipient. When completing checkout simply enter the recipient’s address in the ‘delivery address’ section and we will deliver the item directly to them.  You will be given the opportunity to supply a message that we will print onto a gift card and include it with the order.  Obviously, no invoice will be attached.

We use live stock availability and products that are out of stock are automatically removed from the website.

Depending on the arrangement you have with your local posty; if you’re not in for delivery & the package is too big for the letterbox, it might be left with a neighbour, placed in a secure location or taken back to the local depot/post office for collection/free redelivery.

During the checkout stage, your data will be protected using High-Grade 256 Bit SSL Encryption (Camellia 256 bit keys). You will be able to confirm this for yourself by clicking on the grey padlock icon that will appear in the white URL bar of your browser, you can also check our SSL key on the home page, and our Trustwave security badge on the home page.

We also do not store any credit or debit card details at all. All financial transactions go through the third party Co PayPal, who have exceptionally high security features.

Most of our personalised gifts can only be delivered within the UK, although some of our supplies may be happy to accommodate smaller gifts abroad. So get in touch with us to check.

All other products can be delivered throughout Europe and to the following destinations outside the EU: Australia, China, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, USA, South Africa and South America.  Because of the high number of variables involved in posting overseas, we make no guarantees about how long it will take for your gift to arrive by Airmail.  Outside the EU, some products may be liable to customs charges.  These are applied once the package reaches its destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient.  We have no control over these charges and we cannot make any estimates as to what they may be.  Customs policies differ drastically from country to country and are revised frequently.  If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may want to check with your local customs office prior to ordering.  We can tell you that in 96% of cases, the parcels we send are exempt from customs charges.   At the checkout stage you will be able to choose your location and our system will calculate the shipping costs automatically. If you are ordering outside of Europe, we advise you to have the item sent to your personal address (instead of the gift recipients’). This is because some countries, such as the USA, have very tight customs controls and to facilitate the customs procedure we often attach an invoice to the front of the package.

After checking out you will be emailed with a link that will direct you to your Lullaby Babies account page. From your account you will be able to check on the status of your order and, if you selected a tracked delivery service during checkout, you will also be able to track it.

We always recommend paying for tracked delivery outside the UK.

Whereas, we will always try and help you track your parcel with the relevant mail service, we cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by postal services, once we have entrusted our gift package to them.

Sometimes our order confirmation emails get stuck in your spam or junk folders, especially with hotmail accounts.

If your confirmation email doesn’t appear, please check your spam folders first, then email us to ensure the order was processed correctly.
