How quickly will the order be delivered?

Your completed order will be dispatched within one working day of ordering. Gift baskets are sent by next day Special Delivery.  All other goods are sent by Royal Mail first class post and will usually take one-two working days to arrive.

Do I need to wait in for it to arrive?

Depending on which products you order, the package may be too large for the letter box.  If you miss the delivery it will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail depot.  You could then collect it from there or arrange a free redelivery.   

Can I get the order gift-wrapped and sent directly to the gift-recipient's house?

Yes, we offer a gift-wrapping service which you can choose at the ordering stage. When completing checkout simply enter the recipient's address in the ‘delivery address' section.

How secure is your website for processing credit card payments?

Our shopping cart is integrated with Paypal's Website Payments Pro. This is a premium service from the trusted leader in online payments with over 100 million registered customers worldwide. By using this service we can offer industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. It is a service also used by such companies as 'Harrods', 'Boots', 'Sony Ericsson' and many more.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We only deliver gift baskets within the UK.  All other products we deliver to the whole of the UK, all European countries and the following destinations outside the EU: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, USA and South Africa.  Because of the high number of variables involved in posting overseas, we make no guarantees or estimates about how long it will take for your gift to arrive by Airmail.  Outside the EU, some products may be liable to customs charges.  These are applied once the package reaches its destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient.  We have no control over these charges and we cannot make any estimates as to what they may be.  Customs policies differ drastically from country to country and are revised frequently.  If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may want to check with your local customs office prior to ordering.  We can tell you that our personalised lullaby gifts are exempt from customs charges and are inexpensive to post internationally.  Click here to order one.

At the checkout stage you will be able to choose your location and our system will calculate the shipping costs automatically. If you are ordering outside of Europe, we advise you to have the item sent to your personal address (instead of the gift recipients'). This is because some countries, such as the USA, have very tight customs controls and to facilitate the customs procedure we attach an invoice to the front of the package. This describes what the item is and displays the retail value. This doesn't look particularly attractive but it saves time.
