How quickly will the gift be delivered?

Your gift will be dispatched within one working day of ordering. It will be sent by Royal Mail first class post and will usually take one-two working days to arrive.

Do I need to wait in for it to arrive?

All our products fit through the letter box so you don't have to wait in for the postman.  The only exception is if you order one of our personalised songs for older kids because these are retailed in DVD-style cases.  These may require a trip to the local Royal Mail depot if you aren't in when the product gets delivered.  

Can I create personalised song for twins?

Because each custom lullaby is recorded individually we can include any names you desire (max of two). At the ordering stage write both first names separated by a comma. Make sure you inform us it is for twins in the 'special instructions' section at the payment stage.

Can I get the customised lullaby gift-wrapped and sent directly to the gift recipient's house?

Yes, we offer a gift-wrapping service which you can choose at the ordering stage. When completing checkout please ensure you enter the recipient's address in the 'dispatch address' section. Under 'special instructions' at the payment stage you may provide a short message which we will handwrite and include on a gift-tag.

How secure is your website for processing credit card payments?

Our shopping cart is integrated with Paypal's Website Payments Pro. This is a premium service from the trusted leader in online payments with over 100 million registered customers worldwide. By using this service we can offer industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. It is a service also used by such companies as 'Harrods', 'Boots', 'Sony Ericsson' and many more.

Can I play the CD in church at a Christening ceremony?

Yes we give you permission to play the CD in public at any event or occasion you wish. This is a copyright permission that you won't find easily elsewhere without paying large sums of money for publishing royalties.

Can I buy one for my own baby?

Yes, we have many customers who like to purchase these gifts for their own baby as a sleeping aid and a wonderful keepsake.

Are these suitable for both boys and girls?

Yes, the songs are perfectly suitable for baby boys and girls.  Our gift lullabies are presented in collectable CD tins and finished with either a baby blue or baby pink Lullaby Babies swing-tag.
