How quickly will the order be delivered? We have a maximum despatch time of one working day. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). UK goods sent by Royal Mail first class post usually arrive the day after despatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service. If you need the item by the following day you may decide to choose the Special Delivery option which will guarantee that your item will arrive the following working day (as long as your order is placed before 2pm). 99% of the UK is covered by this guarantee. Goods travelling to the remaining 1% (the channel islands etc) may take 2 working days to arrive. How do I order gift-wrapping? The products suitable for gift wrapping will inform you of this on their product page. Once you add a product to your basket you will be given the option to have that product gift wrapped. You will be able to choose one the following gift-wrap styles: baby boy, baby girl, unisex, Christening, Birthday or Christmas. If gift wrapping is not chosen, we will still despatch your gift with a high standard of presentation. Please note, most of our gift baskets & sets do not have a gift-wrap option because they already come beautifully finished with gift-tag and hand-tied raffia/ribbon included in the price. Can I get the order sent directly to the gift-recipient's house? We specialise in sending gifts directly to the recipient. Please click here to see how your gifts will be packaged.
How can I tell if a product is in stock? We use live stock availability and so no out of stock product should be visible in the category pages of the website. The product page will also display the stock availability in case you navigate directly to the page.
Does someone need to be in when my order arrives? Depending on the arrangement you have with your local posty, if you're not in for delivery & the package is too big for the letterbox, it might be left with a neighbour, placed in a secure location or taken back to the local depot/post office.
I'm not very good with computers, how do I order? We've tried to make the online buying experience as simple as possible but if you're having any trouble whatsoever, why not just give us a quick telephone call? We'll answer any questions you have and we can take card payment securely over the phone. Call 01904 299627 (9am-5pm Monday-Thursday).
How secure is your website for processing credit card payments? Our shopping cart is integrated with Barclays EPDQ. This is a premium service from the trusted global name. By using this service we can offer industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Which countries do you deliver to? We only deliver gift baskets within the UK. All other products we deliver to the whole of the UK, all European countries and the following destinations outside the EU: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, USA and South Africa. Because of the high number of variables involved in posting overseas, we make no guarantees or estimates about how long it will take for your gift to arrive by Airmail. Outside the EU, some products may be liable to customs charges. These are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and we cannot make any estimates as to what they may be. Customs policies differ drastically from country to country and are revised frequently. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may want to check with your local customs office prior to ordering. We can tell you that our personalised lullaby gifts are exempt from customs charges and are inexpensive to post internationally. Click here to order one.
At the checkout stage you will be able to choose your location and our system will calculate the shipping costs automatically. If you are ordering outside of Europe, we advise you to have the item sent to your personal address (instead of the gift recipients'). This is because some countries, such as the USA, have very tight customs controls and to facilitate the customs procedure we attach an invoice to the front of the package. This describes what the item is and displays the retail value. This doesn't look particularly attractive but it saves time.
