With all our products, first class postage and packaging is only £0.78! We find it frustrating when websites advertise their products at low prices but add a disproportionate amount on for p&p at the checkout stage. By shopping with us, you do not have to suffer this annoyance.

Your order is guaranteed to be dispatched within one working day of ordering. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to absolutely guarantee a delivery date with Royal Mail First Class. However, the vast majority of orders will arrive within one-two working days.

If you need your gift urgently, you can choose special (next-day) delivery at the checkout stage. Royal Mail charge £4.95 for this service and guarantee the package will be delivered the next day. If you want to use this service, you must order from us by 2pm to have your gift delivered the following day. If it's later than 2pm and you want your gift for the next day, give us a call because we might still be able to accommodate your request.

All of our personalized gifts for babies are small enough to fit through every letter box so you don't have to worry about being in for the  postman. Unfortunately, our personalised songs for older tots are slightly too big for some mail boxes so it's possible you may have to pick the package up from your local Royal Mail depot if you're not in when the post gets delivered.

Although we are a UK-based company, we deliver to almost every country in the world. Because of the high number of variables involved in posting overseas, we make no guarantees or estimates about how long it will take for your gift to arrive by Airmail.  At the checkout stage you will be able to choose your location and our system will calculate the shipping costs automatically. If you are ordering outside of Europe, we advise you to have the item sent to your personal address (instead of the gift recipients'). This is because some countries, such as the USA, have very tight customs controls and to facilitate the customs procedure we attach an invoice to the front of the package. This describes what the item is and displays the retail value. This doesn't look particularly attractive but it saves time and should prevent you having to pay any customs charges. To the best of our knowledge, our products are not liable for any customs charges but we cannot guarantee this. In the unlikely event that you have to pay any charges please give us a call on 0044 19042 99627 and we'll see if there's anything we can do to reimburse you. To put your mind at ease, we can tell you we have never received one of these calls yet.
